I have a problem with.. I am requesting a full refund for two transactions made in the "Aspect" app, as they occurred due to an error when changing my subscription plan. I accidentally purchased an annual subscription for PLN 149.99 and immediately attempted to cancel it in my Apple ID settings. However, when I attempted to cancel, the system switched me to a weekly subscription for PLN 39.99. As a result, I was charged both amounts, even though I had no intention of using either service. I have already attempted to submit a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com, but the system only allowed me to select the weekly payment of PLN 39.99. Therefore, I am requesting your intervention and manual processing of the refund for the annual subscription of PLN 149.99 as well, so that the total amount charged for both plans is refunded.

Refunds need to be asked directly to Apple and not Aspect.

They usually take 48h to investigate and give an answer to the refund. If they accept to make a refund it takes up to 2 weeks to get it back.

But be advised that Aspect doesn’t do refunds themselves, since the purchases are made with Apple, only apple can issue a refund.
The refund status was updated and it says it was approved and refunded, only for the 39.99 PLN fee. However, as I mentioned, I also had a 149.99 PLN subscription, which I converted to the 39.99 PLN weekly plan. The money doesn’t get to your account once it’s refunded, it takes usually 7 business days for apple to release the money.
