I’m so sorry to be a bother but I have a complaint. I accidently purchased a yearly pack on the app and it turned into an owed payment stopping my everything on apple. For the longest time I didn’t know it was aspect that was the cause of this. When I figured it out it was about two weeks ago, at a time I couldn’t pay it off. I only paid for it a few days ago and after submitting two refund request I got declined.
My biggest problem is that when the accident purchase was made I wasn’t notified, not at all. And at that time I easily had enough money to pay it off. The purchase paid itself some random day then added the money back. And now after I added money to a gift card to pay it off my debit cards money got taken.
Mind you my app is a fraud app as it claims. My card is not inserted in my apple account so how did they take it? I’m very frustrated and just want to talk.
Please reply back when you get the chance.
It’s really stressing me out. I’m a student, I barely get money and 43 dollars gone on my part is such a loss for me. Apple declined my two requests for a refund now all I can do is ask the app directly which is you guys.
Hello !
Sorry you are experiencing the issue typically you go to Apple or IPhone for refunds
Yeah, I did.
Okay Since Apple is your service provider that you subscribed to the app through , I suggest waiting to hear back from Apple
They should refund you if it’s eligible
https://support.apple.com/en-ca/118223
Some purchases from the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple Books, or other Apple services might be eligible for a refund. You can use any device with a web browser to request a refund.
If they denied your request I suggest disputing it with them 😎
No, no you don’t get it I already went to Apple and asked for a refund. I said it already, they already declined me twice and I can’t submit another again.
Unfortunately since Apple processed your payment you must re dispute it with them !

I spoke to someone already they can’t do anything since Apple already declined me. They said to talk to you guys.
Unfortunately we don’t process payments or have access to Apple support
If it’s been declined twice I suggest asking them for a clear answer
🫶
Where exactly would I ask them that? Is it also near the help page? I’m sorry I’m just really stressed and frustrated right now. The one purchase that’s so high and so not my fault I can’t get a refund for.
It’s okay ! Completely understand your frustrations
You should be able to re dispute with them through your device !
Or

Just a note if they did decline twice
I cannot guarantee they will

Yeah, I already tried. I can’t submit the app not even as an option.
@PettrovoPenniet Hello.
Hey! I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this I can understand how stressful that situation is, especially as a student.
Just to clarify how this works: all purchases and refunds are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We (the discord team) don’t have access to billing details or the ability to issue or override refunds on our side.
If your refund requests were declined, the best next step would be to contact Apple Support directly and explain the situation in detail (especially the accidental purchase and lack of notification). Sometimes a manual review can give a different outcome than the automated system.
Regarding the charge itself: Apple can still charge a payment method associated with your Apple ID (including previously used cards or linked balances), even if it’s not currently set as the primary method. That part would also need to be clarified with Apple Support, as we don’t have visibility into how their billing system selected the payment method.
If you’d like, I can help you draft a message to Apple Support to improve your chances just let me know.
I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but I’ll do my best to guide you through what you can do next.

Ok, ok but listen. I already spoke to someone from Apple that’s what I’m saying. They said to talk to you guys because somehow if they decline twice that’s final and that’s it. Even though it’s not my fault.
Sigh. Ok, help me out however you can.
Apple wouldn’t be able to tell you to talk to us or the aspect team, because we don’t deal with any purchases, they do.
Unfortunately for everyone involved this is an issue from Apple’s side and not ours.

That was from the call.

I see.

Try to email them, I’ll give you a message for you to send them in a bit.
Hello, I’m requesting a manual review of a denied refund for an accidental in-app purchase. I accidentally purchased a yearly subscription without realizing it at the time, and I was not clearly notified of the charge when it happened. The payment was processed later in a way I didn’t expect, and it caused a negative balance issue on my Apple account. As soon as I understood what caused the charge, I added funds and paid the balance. I submitted refund requests, but they were denied. I’m asking if this can be reviewed again, as this was not an intentional purchase and I took action to resolve the balance as soon as I became aware of it. I’m also confused about how the payment method was charged, as my card was not actively set on my Apple ID at the time. I would appreciate clarification on how the billing was processed. I’m a student and this charge has had a significant financial impact on me, so I would really appreciate a reconsideration.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
You can use that if you would like but again, I can’t guarantee you any reply nor a refund for this issue.

No, no this is helpful enough. Can’t even say I love apple, these are the types of issues they give me. Thank you, so much.
May I ask for the Apple email though?

Apple doesn’t have a direct email for refund requests or billing issues.
You’ll need to contact Apple Support through their official support page and choose either live chat or those options allow you to request a manual review, which is what you need in this case.
Sorry about the misleading, they don’t usually have an email for these kind of issues!
It’s ok, nothing about my situation is consistent. The entire reason why it’s such an issue.

I’m sorry about that.
Have you tried to contact your bank and ask them to reverse the charge?
I know it’s crazy but there’s no reason to not try at this point.

My bank. Can they even do that? I mean Apple already told me they can’t do anything you think Chase can?

No, no I get what you mean. But can they even do that when Apple practically made the purchase?
My bank. Can they even do that? I mean Apple already told me they can’t do anything you think Chase can?
It’s possible but also not guaranteed they’ll do it..
At this point I’m better off foaling failing with everything then not trying.
I’m trying now.

Ok!
I spoke to them they filed a claim. Let’s hope it works. Thanks a lot, it means so much to me. Have a nice day.
