It went through Apple Pay but I didn’t have anything connected currently to that card from what I know of
So I’m afraid it will bounce or have some issue
I was trying to use a separate card

Yes — if you want to ensure you’re not rebilled, you usually need to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. Canceling normally stops the next charge, not the access you already paid for!
