1. Open a browser and go to the Google Play website: Google Play Store
2. Sign in to the Google account that was used to purchase the subscription.
3. Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.
4. Select Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history.
5. Find the Aspect subscription purchase.
6. Click Report a problem next to the purchase.
7. Select the option that best matches the situation (for example, “Purchase made by a friend or family member without consent” if applicable).
8. Complete the refund request form and explain what happened.
9. Submit the request.
