Hello, I’ve been trying to make a character for a while now and I can’t seem to figure it out. It keeps giving me the following message no matter what picture I put as profile picture. I also can’t find any guidelines about the profile picture, could you possibly tell me if there is a place I can find those?

Thank you both for answering, I think I might have figured it out. My phone was probably tripping cuz I restarted it and I was able to make a character. I’m not sure what the problem was.
