I paid for the yearly subscription and I can’t post anything. When I press “post to aspect” nothing happens. £30 is a lot of money and I’ve had the app for less that 24 hours . Hello my apologies this is happening Did the funds come out of the account for your purchase? :

Yeah, what screen shots do you need? So my pro is active I posted 4 posts no bother and now it when I post , the post doesn’t appear It’s looking like the transaction is still pending it could take a few days to process on Apples end Have you tried refreshing the app and ensured its up to date ? Yeah I even uninstalled it. I did all that before I came here Okay thank you 🙏 It very well could be that the payment hasn’t been released from Apple to Aspect . Typically it takes three business days for everyday transactions and it’s the weekend ! I will check with a mod and come back to see what I can do .

Is your payment status still pending ?
There may be an issue with your service provider in which case , I would reach out to get the status on the transaction and see what they can do . If you would like your ticket escalated, I can do this If you feel that the issue is a bug that needs troubleshooting I feel it’s a bug, I’ve saw a few posts from other members who have had other problems and I’ve never had a problem with subscriptions.
