hello. I submitted a report about this a few days ago, and wanted to provide an update. I mentioned that the sponsoring doesn’t always work with what prompts i put in, ESP when it’s super specific. which you’d think it would work like the opposite. the more descriptive = the better the results. but that’s not how it is. here is another example of this happening that I used gold on. this is incredibly frustrating. i don’t think there’s anything wrong w what i said, but correct me if i’m wrong. if i use short descriptions like “a picture of them at a concert” or like i did with this one, i get the results i ask for. but this one was also frustrating bc it looked nothing like the reference picture i provided. they made him look fine, but this is just a random woman instead of the picture i used. it’s close enough ig, but for the first one i sent, i literally changed the reference picture to a more front facing pic of her face, and said “use the reference pic for what they look like” and it came out like that??? the caption mentions her/me, but I simply don’t understand paying for gold if the feature is still slightly buggy. I understand that this is still a new app and I’ve loved the progress i’ve seen! so keep up the good work. i’m just expressing my feelings bc this is genuinely the feature i was looking forward to the most when it came out and it leaves me disappointed at least half of the time :/ Hey Kinnie !

I know most models I’ve used was learning . I would suggest maybe reaching out to your service provider if you was looking to refund , if you’d like we can escalate your ticket as well , to see if someone higher up can look into it for you !

I would assume that you contact your store subscriptions and ask them to refund your purchase to your venmo / suited account or vice versa

Okay , Apple should be able to handle it for you !! sorry to ask for general advice when it’s not necessarily your job, but do u know how i would need to do that? you mentioned store subscriptions but if it was a purchase, would i like go back to the purchase receipt? i’m not sure where to go since i’ve never done it before hah Here is where you’ll see your subscriptions ✔️ Click apps and purchase history and then at the bottom you should find report a problem -> click report problem then search for refund You can also use the search bar in case you have multiple subscriptions to go through omg you’re an angel tysm. let’s hope this works on my ancient iphone 8 lol No problem !
