Create an eligible character. Your character must meet the following requirements: • Original and well-written • The bot must have 0–3000 followers/following • No NSFW content • No AI-generated text or profile pictures • The bot must be public
If your character is eligible, you can claim your Gold in your profile. Go to your profile, tap the Gold amount in the top-right corner, and you should see the option to redeem your Gold.

After reviewing the screenshots, I’ve noticed that both characters have over 3000 followers, and one of them is missing a “Texting Style”, which disqualifies them from receiving gold. Fixing this should resolve the problem. Additionally, I suggest giving the character with the small "Personality" section some attention, as it might also be contributing to his ineligibility.

Hi @Anna, just to test something out and be sure, for the character @ four.james, can you try taking the “grew up in a violent family” out of his description and see if you receive the gold. That potentially could have flagged the NSFW issue and I’m not sure if that will be the fix but it’s certainly worth a shot just to test.

i understand now that i didn't receive the gold for any of my characters, i have 3 of them. I think that i receive the gold for the 1st but it was for the invitation

i used Ai for the personality of the character of casteel.d, but i edited it days ago

I see, I’m just trying to collect all the information I can before escalating the issue. I personally can’t find any issues with the characters that would cause you to not receive the gold so I believe it to be a genuine bug at this point. I apologize for this and you have been extremely patient and I thank you for that! I think the only remaining step is to escalate the ticket for the aspect team to look at first hand. @Anna
After escalation the team will look into the issue and on a later date I will open up a follow up ticket to check in with you and see if the issue was fixed and you received the gold.
