As what I can see, the bot seems to answer successfully on my end. That must be a local issue on your side.
Did you tried to restart the app, reset the cache or reinstalling it?

You don’t necessarily need to give up on the character or start over with a new one. Since you’ve been using this conversation for around three weeks and it contains a lot of context, I understand why you’d want to preserve it.

Could you please send a screenshot of what happens when the character stops working/responding? If possible, also send a screenshot of the most recent message before the issue started. This will allow me to investigate whether there’s something specific in the conversation causing the issue.

For now, I would recommend keeping the existing conversation and not deleting it. If we determine that the conversation itself can no longer continue properly, we can then look at alternative options, such as continuing with another character and providing some screenshots/context from the previous conversation to help recreate the important memories.
