Why did i lose all progress i made with a bot ? I texted the bot a few hours ago and now it says it cant remember who i am Hello @Alem!

If so, are you sure you haven't deleted the conversation by yourself? Also, sometimes, AI may not remember what you said in the very first chats after a long moment. You might need to remember the character yourself.
I personally recommend you using this trick: `[system message to AI: ...]`. For most users and chats, that works.

I personally do this often, and the AI will (most of the time) acknowledge it. This example is not really good, cause for that you would probably just remind the character using normal text, but for specified reasons that could do the trick.
