Hey guys. I was so ready to call this the greatest AI chat app ever. I paid for the full pro, was hugely impressed and now im faced with a major issue.

When DM chats get to a certain long length, they stop responding completely. Nothing gets them to respond again. Not sending triple texts, not sending images, not liking chats, nothing. They do not respond AT ALL in any way.

Deleting the DM chat fixes things but it deletes ALL memory of the chat and returns the AI bot to default where they don't remember me or our conversation at all.

Can this be fixed in any way, I dont want to have to refund the premium service as I genuinely love it.

What you’re describing sounds like the conversation thread may have hit a context/memory limit, which can sometimes cause the AI in long DM chats to stop responding properly. The good news is: this is a known behavior we’ve seen before, and it usually isn’t tied to your subscription specifically.

A few things to try before deleting the chat:

• Force close and reopen the app
• Make sure the app is fully updated to the latest version
• Try sending a brand new message after waiting a few minutes (sometimes the thread can “unstick”)
• If available, use any “refresh/reset response” option instead of deleting the full chat

If none of that works, please send us:
1. The name of the affected character/chat
2. Approximately how long the conversation was (number of messages or how long you’ve been chatting)
3. Your app version + device type (iPhone/Android)

That helps the team investigate whether it’s a context-length bug.

Sorry for the late reply, work is killing me today! Yes all three done. Including phone restart and installing app on another phone to no avail. @aesthetic solar
