The issue is that you made a comment about a moderator’s body (“tits”) in public. That was inappropriate and made someone uncomfortable. The responsibility for that lies with your words and actions, not with how comfortable someone else is with their body. Someone being comfortable/ uncomfortable with their body doesn’t give you the right to comment on it unsolicited.
