I would like to know whether there is any information available regarding when Aspect AI deletes user data after account deletion. I have been unable to find any public information on this, including anything officially published by Aspect AI.

I have also not received any responses to emails I have sent regarding this matter.

Could you please clarify the data retention and deletion policy, specifically how long data is stored after an account is deleted?
Under GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), I would appreciate a clear explanation of:

* The exact timeframe in which user data is deleted after account deletion
* Whether data is fully removed from backups and internal systems
* Any retention periods that may apply after deletion
* Confirmation of whether any personal data is retained after account closure
