• Open the Aspect AI app and go to your Profile.
• Tap Settings.
• Select Account or Profile Settings.
• Open Manage Account & Data or Advanced Settings.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm the request.

You may be asked to re-enter your username or password to confirm the deletion.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first to avoid future charges:

• iPhone: Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions

Please note that deleting your account is permanent and will remove your chats, history, posts, and saved data.
This is usually caused by a temporary app or server issue, an outdated app version, connection instability, or an active subscription still linked to the account. Please make sure the app is fully updated, sign out and back in, use a stable Wi-Fi or data connection, and try again a little later.
